Expert registration FAQ

No. Registration and credential review are free. Sentara earns its fee separately when you're engaged on a case.

At minimum, a current CV and proof of your relevant license or certification. Diplomas, proof of work history, and any other supporting credentials strengthen your application and speed up review.

Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. You'll hear from a Sentara representative either way once the review is complete.

No. When a matching case comes in, Sentara reaches out directly and you decide whether the engagement is a fit before anything moves forward.

Yes. Credentials and subject-matter expertise matter most. Note your experience level in the application and Sentara will match you to cases appropriately.
